The managers of the Company have worked out a business plan for technical retrofitting and upgrading of the existing production facilities. The best firms of Germany, Italy, England, France and Japan such as Neitch, Service, City, Dorst and others participated in the preparation of the b-plan. The introduction of the plan will let us become one of the biggest suppliers of necessary and inexpensive porcelain and china in the world. The production capacity is planned to be 37 million units per year. The production costs will be 30 percent less than ones at any similar enterprise. The project will be repaid in 2.5 years.

The investment needed is 32 million US dollars.
