Kazan Experimental Design Bureau "Sojuz" has 40 years experience in calculations, developement, experimental studies and production of modern types of aviation and rocket equipment. Laser technology complex LSU-5,
optical elements & systems

Laser technology complex based on a high-flow electro-discharge CO2-laser with 5 kW output power provides all the advantages of laser welding and cutting due to only minimal extent of heat-affected zones and high quality cut edges. Laser welding and cutting is so good that practically no workpiece finishing is required. This unit is very simple and reliable in operation.
We have experience in diamond turning that allows us to produce cooled and uncooled metal mirros (flat, spherical an aspherical) and optical systems for use in laser technologies.

Electroprospecting turbo-generator complex EPTG

The EPTG is intended for geophysical prospecting for oil, gas and other minerals by electro-magnetic means. The EPTG complex is mounted on platforms for transportation by helicopter or truck. Such mobility and high off-road capabilities mean prospecting can be extended over a large area, practically in any country of the world.

High pressure vessels

Advanced fiber winding technology enables us to produce high pressure (20-30 MPa) vessels of lightweight construction for a wide range of applications. These vessels may be used for vehicles powered by pressurized natural gas, for storage and transportation of pressurized gas, etc. Besides their considerable saving in weight (1.5-2 times lighter than steel alloy vessels), our vessels are explosion-proof.
