Petroleum asphalts (AB-4A, AB-4B) are used for waterproofing in various fields of national economy.
AB-5D bitumens are used for asphalt-concrete mixtures in highway engineering.
Bitumen varnish, BMK is produced by dissolving of special high-melting bitumen in "Nefras" petroleum solvent. It conforms to TU 38-1583-81 standard and the following normal values:

• Conditional viscosity due to fourth at 20+-0.5C - 15-20
• Film drying time - 24 hrs or less
• Film hardness - 0.05 or more
• Lustre % - 40-45
• Mass fraction of moisture - traces
