Production association of leasers in dairy industry
TATMOLAGROPROM
The Production Association consists of 36 dairies being
situated all over the Republic of Tatarstan. We produce wide
range of products, namely:

milk of 2,5% and 3,2% fatness, melted milk of 1% and 4%
fatness, milk with cocoa, milk "Detskoye" ("For children");
- dietary products:
sour milk of 3,2%, 2,5%, 1% fatness, "Varenetz", "Ryazhenka",
yogurt, soft beverages on sour milk basis "Vita", "Yubileiny",
"Yashlek", "Snezhok", butter-milk "Svezhest", kvas "Sauluk";
-
cream, sour cream, curd, sweet curd paste of different
fatness;

curd cakes "Aigool" and "Bayram", curd semi-finished products
"Koolinarniye" ("For cooking");
- cheese brands:
"Gollandsky", "Bykovinsky", "Yaroslavsky", "Poshekhonsky",
"Suluguni", "Stolovy", "Adigeisky", "Navy", melted smoked
cheese;
- butter brands:
"Krestyanskoye", "Lyubitelskoye", sweet unsaulted, with
chocolate;

non-fat concentrated milk "Slavyanskoye", ice-cream;
- dry milk products for feeding younger animals.
All the visitors to Kazan always mention the good taste of
our national dairy products such as "Katyk", "Kort", "Syuzma",
"Kyzyl eremchek".
At the exhibition of products held in Moscow our national
dairy products "Katyk", "Kort", "Syuzma" were highly estimated
and awarded a class place.
The Tatarstan - Great Britain Joint Venture "Tatvel" sells
on foreign markets the products produced by our dairies (the
ones which are in the demand) together with casein and non-fat
dry milk. The basic purpose of investments is building of new
dairies and technical upgrading of the existing ones in order to
provide more careful utilization of all milk components which
are in the consumer demand.
