Vacuum oil vapour diffusion pumps

Joint-stock company "Vacuummash" produces the parametrical series of high vacuum oil diffusion pumps of HBDM type with nominal diameters 100, 160, 250, 400 and 630 mm, pumping speed from 340 to 18250 l/sec and the inlet pressure ranging from 1.3 to 6.6*10-4 Pa.

On the base of HBDM type pumps ABDM type units comprising pumps, cryogenic traps and valve are designed. In comparison with the pumps the units have 100 times reduced backstreaming value and are able to pump out gases with high vapour content.

Oil vapour booster vacuum pumps of 2HBBM type are designed to operate in medium vacuum range.

The enterprise produces four types of pump size with pumping speed from 880 to 18600 l/sec and nominal diameter 160, 250, 400 and 630 mm.

The pumps are used for vacuum units with great gas emission in electrical engineering, metallurgical and other branches of industry.
