The Zelenodolsk works named after A.M.Gorky is a highly-developed shipyard able to build the vessels of river-marine type with the displacement of up to 5000 t, hydrofoil passenger motorships and air cushioned vessels, to manufacture wide range of shipboard equipment (screw propellers, propeller shaftings, hydraulic capstans, whinchs etc.), castings of non-ferrous and ferrous metals. "Meteor" hydrofoil motorships (project "342 ü") produced here are well known both in the CIS and abroad.
At present the works has mastered and started the
production of motorships of new "Linda" type. Thanks to the
so-called "air borehole" the motorship not having hydrofoil unit
can develop a high speed (55 km/h) at relatively low draught
(0.95 m), and this makes it possible to sail in places which are
inaccessible for navigation.
The motorship is equipped with bow ramp for embarkation and debarkation of passengers on non-equipped river bank. Passenger capacity of the vessel is 70 persons. One of the prospective directions of the works activity in the context of the conversion programme is the building of a tanker of river-marine navigation (load carrying capacity 4000 t), designed for transportation of crude oil and oil products. The other direction of the conversion activity of the works has become the production of forcing accessories (working pressure 21 MPa), designed for sealing the mouth of injection wells. For a long time, much attention at the works has been paid to casting and production of articles from titanium alloys "ôü-3", "ôü-5", used in specially corrosive medium and which are widely used in creation of new kinds of machinery. This light and strong metal is characterized by high anti-corrosive resistance and non-magnetizability. At present, our enterprise is interested in acquiring the advanced technology and know-how for seagoing passenger hydrofoil motorship to launch its production.
The skilled staff enables operation connected with building
of ships to be carried out at a high level.
If you are interested in our works or products, we'll be
glad to cooperate with you. With best wishes and hope for
mutually beneficial cooperation.
