Article 11. According to the adopted new Constitution of the Republic of
Tatarstan it is necessary to apply to the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation with the proposal on declaration in the Constitution of the Russian Federation of the
provision on treaty-constitutional relations between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation - Russia.
