on the Russian delegation's membership for the purpose of concordance
on economic and legal problems with the Tatar SSR

For the purpose of economic and legal consultations and agreements with Tatar SSR the list of delegation shall be approved as follows:

Burbles			- Secretary State of the RSFSR, 
Genady Eduardovich        Secretary of the State Council under
                          President of the RSFSR
                          (head of the delegation)

Voronin                 - Chairman of the Committee for budget,
Yuri Mikhailovich         plans, tax and prices of the Supreme
                          Soviet of the RSFSR

Lobov			- First Deputy Prime Minister of
Oleg Ivanovich            the RSFSR Cabinet of Ministers

Stankevich		- State adviser for connections
Sergei Borisovich         with social organisations

Fyodorov		- Minister of Finance
Nikolai Vaciljevich

Shakhrai                - State adviser for legal politics
Sergei Mikhailovich

Shelov-Kovedyaev        - Chairman of the sub-committee of the
Fyodor Vadimovich         Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR for the
                          interregional relations, regional
                          politics and cooperation

The Managing Department of the Administration of the RSFSR's President shall carry out all necessary organizational and technical arrangements in order to provide the activity of delegations.
