for the purpose of negotiations on delegation of authorities with the Republic of Tatarstan

For the purpose of negotiations with the Republic of Tatarstan the list of the Russian Federation's delegation shall be approved as follows:

                      Minister of the Russian Federation,
                      Deputy head of the delegation

ABDULATIPOV         - Chairman of the Soviet of Nationalities
Ramazan               of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian

Nikolai Leonidovich   Soviet of Nationalities for national-state system

The delegation of the Russian Federation shall have all necessary authorities for the purpose of negotiating and signing a Treaty and agreements.

The results of negotiations shall be reported to the President of the Russian Federation.

The following expert's group for the delegation's activity of the Russian Federation shall be be determined:
