The second International Conference on Stability and
Control for Transforming non-linear Systems (ICSCTS) was organized by the
Russian Academy of Sciences, Research Center of stability and non-linear
dynamics at Research Engineering Institute of A.A. Blagonravov’s name, Center of society stable development
simulation of social-political researches Institute, Academy of non-linear
Sciences (ANS), Moscow State Aviation Institute, Moscow scientific- production
association of “Spektr”, Expert Council on stable development of Ecology
Committee of State Duma of Russian Federation. The Conference was supported: by
Department of engineering, mechanics and control problems of RAS, Department of
science and technologies of the Ministry of an industry, science and
technologies of Russian Federation, Ministry of Education of Russian
Federation, Committee on an Ecology, Education and Science of State Duma of
Russian Federation, Commission on Problems of stable development of State Duma
of RF, Russian Foundation of Fundamental Researches.
The Chairman of ICSCTS is V.M. Matrosov, Academician
of RAS, President of ANS. The Conference attracted the concern of enough broad
international scientific community. It is devoted to modern actual problems of
science and engineering and raises new scientific and practical problems,
including one of central problems 21 centuries: research of non-linear problems and transforming systems.
It is known, that a research of linear systems and
methods of a linearization of enough smooth systems in past 20 century were
conducted rather full and their theories were developed deeply enough. Majority
of the modern real objects are described by non-linear systems. And the linear
models are valid only for narrow area of system parameters variation. Operation
of many technical-engineer objects, economic, biological and other systems is
carried out in essentially non-linear spaces. So, it is necessary to research
the non-linear problems
Besides in engineering, specially in economics, there
are transformations, division and association of different regions, branches,
parts of objects. The simulation and the research of these systems and
processes poorly studied, at present it is a main problem of science.
The International Conference on Stability and Control
for Transforming non-linear Systems trends to research and discussion of these
actual problems of modern science, engineering, economics and other branches of
science.
The known russian and foreign scientists, experts of
many countries were working jointly in framework of Program Committee and
during Conference.
