The motion of a closed to dynamically symmetric rigid body about a center of mass is considered. External resistance and spheroidal cavity containing a high viscosity fluid are presented. The moment of the resistive forces is assumed to be a linear function of the angular velocity. The system obtained after averaging with respect to Euler-Poinsot motion is analyzed. It is equivalent to the system of Volterra equations and describes dynamics of conflict between two species of animals. The first integral for this system is defined and investigated, phase trajectories are constructed.
