Now there
are many ways of an estimation a fractal dimensions of regular and irregular structures,
including with reference to nano-objects
which common fault is
computing complexity and low accuracy of performance of such estimations. It is
possible to ascertain, that there was a contradiction consisting absence of the
uniform approach in definition and an estimation of size of fractal dimension.
At the same time the practical requirement for toolkit for the morphological
analysis of nano-structures stimulates search of new methods of
estimations a fractal dimensions. Estimations fractal dimensions of nano-structures by Minkovsky
method and an opportunity of recognition of nano-structures their fragments method Х-clustera are considered.
