From International Editorial Board

to the 15^th Anniversary of International Scientific Edition

 

International Scientific Journal "Problems of Nonlinear Analysis in Engineering Systems" was established under aegis of three Co-Founders:

International Federation of Nonlinear Analysts (IFNA), Academy of Nonlinear Sciences (ANS), Kazan Aviation Institute (today A.N.Tupolev KSTU),

with support from National and Foreign Partners including the Members of IFNA: Institute of Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering of Kazan Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), KSU, KChemTU (today KSTU) which are affiliated to Kazan Branch of IFNA-ANS. The Representatives of Kazan Chetaev School of Mechanics and Stability (KAI - A.N.Tupolev KSTU) were initiating in 1993 in Kazan "the Foundation of Coordinating Center on nonlinear problems in engineering spheres with the establishment of International scientific Journal on general problems of nonlinear analysis in respect to engineering systems" (Problems of Nonlinear Analysis in Engineering Systems, No.1(3), Vol.2, 1996). The initiative was approved by Russian State Committee on Higher Education, Ministry of Science and Technology of Russian Federation, Foundation of culture development support under TATARSTAN Republic President, and also - by our Partners including National and Foreign Scientific Centers and Universities: Computing Center of RAS, IPU of RAS, IPM of RAS, MSU, MAI, IPMM of NAS of Ukraine, Kiev National University (Ukraine), IPhSM of SB of RAS; Technical University (Republic of South Africa), Belgrade University (Yugoslavia), International Solvay Institutes for Physics and Chemistry (Belgium), German National Scientific Research Center for Information Technologies (Germany), International Scientific Research Department for Bio- and Nanotechnologies (Italy-England).

We are highly grateful to all our Colleagues and Partners for successful joint activities in the framework of this Scientific Edition which allow effective achievement of initial goals set 15 years ago:

The papers presented in this Anniversary Journal issue (No.1(31), Vol.15, 2009) together with a list of works published earlier (1995÷2008) demonstrate this Unity in Diversity and interdisciplinarity of the Scientific Edition.
