Abstract
In this paper, while the theory of blown-up of nonlinear evolutions, whichhas appeared in the recent years in the world of learning, is presented tothe reader, the emphasis will be given to show how the concept of blown-uphas important connections with some fundamental problems of whole evolutionin systems science. This concept directly reveals the fact that nonlinearevolution contains the reverse of the evolution and disruption ofcontinuity. It not only touches the technical details and solution schemesof some problems of modern importance, but also provides support for achange in our thinking methodology.
