We are delighted to have fruitful cooperation with Russian Scientists through the journal entitled, "Problems of Nonlinear Analysis in Engineering Systems", which is a multidisciplinary, multi-lingual edition published by Kazan Aviation Institute.

Kazan is the capital of Tatarstan Republic of Russian Federation, which is one of the oldest known centers of knowledge. Everyone knows that it was Chetayev's School of Stability which produced the famous A.M. Lyapunov's Fundamental theory that has been extended from Russia to around the world.

The scientific association of the members of Kazan's Aviation Institute with the International Federation of Nonlinear Analysts (IFNA) is slowly growing. Several scientists participated in the World Congresses sponsored by IFNA.
