Abstract

This issue of Scientific Edition is presenting the papers on important questions in the area of aerospsace-aviation systems; the conceptual examinations, meditations, innovatory proposals on global problems; the analytical-information materials. Our authors are well-known specialists, theorists and designers, concerned with the development of perspective systems.

V.A.Sarychev, I.A.Camelier, P.Paglione, the specialists in the area of space flight mechanics, of aerodynamics, of control theory and stability (Russia, Portugal, Brazil), are presenting the joint theoretical results in the dynamics domain of Earth's artifical satellites; in solving problems of aerodynamic stabilization of satellites.

V.A.Menshikov, G.G.Vokin, known professionals (Scientific-Research Institute of Space Systems of Khrunichev's Space Center), discussing the author's conception for creating international rocket-aerospace System of the rescueing, with the elaboration of concrete scientific-engineering aspects in the solving problem, based on the conversion of the rocket, aviation, astronautic engineering means.

V.L.Kataev, qualified specialist in the area of aviation and rocket-aerospace systems; he is presenting the discussion material, the interesting author view point on the deep processes in the preparing some great Projects for space development, with scientific-analytical examination of concepts and methodology in historical development of complex rocket-aerospace technique in the area of aerospace transportation means, with some predictions.
