24-th Scientific Conference on Astronautics dedicated in memory of the Academician S.P.Korolev and other pioneers was held in Moscow (January 25-28, 2000). The speakers of this scientific Conference, known Scientists and Designers, were presenting interesting results, perspectives from the famous Scientific-Engineering Schools.

According to themes of the presented reports, the structure of main areas of interest of a space science, is portrayed as follows:

- fundamental research;

- humanitarian aspects of the study of space activity;

- research of questions of history of Astronautics

The scope of researchs is analyzed along this classification. New results of research works were discussed at this annual scientific Conference on Astronautics. The results include all range of the most recent problems and questions related to the modern phase of practical mastering of space.

In framework of this 24-th Scientific Conference the Section "Astronautics and Culture" was organized in the first time. It's interesting to note, that UNO has declared the year of 2000 as the Year of the World Culture. The heart of this matter is to show the transition of the mankind from violence and war to peace and non-violence. A lot of philosophers, historians, politicians, art historians, philologists and scientists of other specialities took part in organization of this Program.

In conclusion the resolution, discussed by the participants of 24-th Scientific Conference on Astronautics, was accepted.
