Analytical review

The XXVII^th Academic Conference on Astronautics devoted to the memory of Academician S.P. Korolyov and other famous native scientists – the pioneers of space mastering are the great ail-Russian scientific event at present time. Science-engineering society’s representatives discuss yearly here scientific researches results by the main thematic branches of contemporary Astronautics:

·        the scientific legacy of the space mastering pioneer and design schools of rocket-space technology.

·        the fundamental problems of Astronautics and state of its individual branches development.

·        a place of Astronautics to solve problems of social-economical and strategy development of contemporary society.

·        humanitarian aspects of Astronautics.

·        investigations bу history of cosmic science and technology.

The thematic branches represented above are a basis to form themes of sections by individual problems of contemporary Astronautics.

Solving an analysis of investigation problem by basis of XXVII^th Conference reports, analytic review authors have came into collision with complexity and all-inclusiveness of problems considered by sections. To solve this hard problem the authors have regarded as advisable to bring into correlation individual Astronautics problems investigated on sections with knowledge spheres by Russian Fundamental Investigations Foundation classification.

According to traditions originated during a lot of years a Conference plenary sitting is devoted to considering key points of contemporary Russian space branch state and its history.

On plenary sitting of XXVII^th Conference subject of investigations and analysis of work organization by rocket-space technique creation in USSR was represented in a detailed report of ex-commander of Russian Defense Ministry space forces, lieutenant-general, State Premium laureate, Socialistic Labor Hero, V.V. Favorskii. A land adjustment of native rocket-space technique experience is analyzed and generalized during its time interval existence by director of NII Chemical engineering, Doctor of Engineering Science, A.A. Makarov. Problems and discoveries in sphere of solar system investigations were reported by Corresponding Member of RAS M.Ya. Marov. And the historical path of native Astronautics from the first jet flying vehicles to rocket-space system "Energiya-Buran" was represented by the director general and the chief designer of Academician V.P. Glushko NPO Energomash, Corresponding Member of RAS B.I. Katorgin in his containing report devoted to Academician V.P. Glushko's 95^th anniversary.

Investigations problems considered on sections sittings implicate a great amount of knowledge spheres represented in an analytic review. The realized analysis would be incomplete without listing particular scientific and applied problems which contemporary Astronautics solves. Therefore there is an analysis of the principal problems considered on sections sittings in the return.

In sections work on XXVII^th Academic Conference took part and gave a report leading specialists and scientists from science-research institutes and scientific-production combines of state rocket-space branch, Russian Academy of Science institutes, Russian Education Ministry high educational institutions, Russian Defense Ministry scientific-research institutes and Military Academies. Participants geography consists of cities and towns: Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Kazan. Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Tambov, Kovrov, Samara, Voronezh, Kaluga, Gagarin, Astrahan', Bryansk, Staraya Russa, and towns placed near Moscow: Korolyov, Serpukhov, Zhukovskii, Reutov, Sergiev-Posad, Obninsk. There were participants from neighbouring abroad from Ukraine: Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Crimea (pos. Nauchnii). There were also reporters from Portugal and Germany. In sections sittings took part from 50 to 200 people. Therefore, the total number of Conference' section sittings participants comes to 1500 people.
