Scientific Conference XXVII Academic Conference on
Astronautics Section “Objects of Rocket
Complex Ground Facilities” (Moscow, Russia, January, 2003) V.V.Chugunkov Moscow N.E.Bauman State Technical
University 2-nd Baumanskaya St., 5, Moscow,
105005, Russia The Section “Objects of Rocket Complex Ground
Facilities” discussion was held at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University
on January 31, 2003. The main
participators were representatives from industry, scientific and research
institutes and technical Universities from Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Omsk,
Kovrov, Korolev, Serpushov, Jukovcky, Reutov and Cheliybinsk. Among them were
leading designers of factories specializing in ground facilities for rocket technology,
the scientists from Baltic State Technical University (St.-Petersburg), Moscow
aviation institute, Moscow car road institute, Omsk State Technical University,
Ural State University (Cheliybinsk), Rocket Strategic Weapons Military Academy
n.a. Peter The Great (Moscow) and Rocket Strategic Weapons Military institute
(Serpushov) as well as students, post-graduates and professors of Bauman Moscow
State Technical University. The
great parts of presented reports were very interesting and devoted to solving
the pressing problems and questions on modern development of Objects of Rocket
Complex Ground Facilities, which proves their actuality. Total of
35 presented reports on different problems and questions on ground facilities
and space launch complexes can be divided by following directions: Development
and application of computer-based and resource saving technologies in launch complex
design; research of gas dynamics, acoustics, dynamics and heat processes
characteristics in launch facilities during preparation and launch of space systems;
design of methods of modeling and optimal control of launch complex servicing
with expired guaranteed service time and space programs finance shortages. In
direction “Development and Application of Computer-based and Resource Saving
Technologies in launch complex design” the considerable interest was attracted
to the reports by D.K.Dragun, A.I.Zabegaev, V.I.Nefedov “The concept in
resource-saving design of Free launch rocket complex Arrow” and by V.N.Yutkin
and A.A.Goncharenko “Application computer-aided technologies for the analysis
of variants of ground complexes”. In
direction “Research of gas dynamics, acoustics, dynamics and heat processes characteristics
in launch facilities during preparation and launch of space systems” the most
interest was attracted by reports of U.L.Arzumanov, A.V.Podderegin “The force
analysis of the multichannel automatic connecting device”, V.S.Abakumov,
V.V.Lomakin, N.V.Lyukevich, A.I.Zabegaev, A.V.Zharkov “Dynamic models
multicoherent environment of designs for the analysis of launch processes”. In direction
“Design of methods of modeling and optimal control of launch complex servicing
with expired guaranteed service time and space programs finance shortages” the
most practical value belongs to results of work, presented in reports by
A.G.Kusov, A.I.Lobachev, V.M.Maev, M.I.Stepanov, A.K.Suslin, A.N.Sutugin
“Technological complex - Center of liquidation of liquid rockets and
space-rocket equipment”, N.I.Zhukov, B.P.Makarenko, A.A.Makarov, B.P.Rigalov
“Filling by fuel superheavy apogee motors in structure of space head parts and
space rockets”, V.M.Maev, S.V.Timakov “Development of technology and equipment
for incinerating of fragments of separated parts of space rockets from toxic
components of rocket fuel in field conditions”. Before
the beginning of work of section its participants with the large interest have
listened to the information of the Director and General Designer Design Bureau
General Machinery (KBOM, Moscow) I.V.Barmin about prospects of development of
ground facilities for Baikonur launch rocket complexes. The
active discussion of problems and results of researches promoted deeper understanding
of their practical importance for creation, modernization and technical
operation of various objects of rocket complex ground facilities. |
