ðÏÄÐÉÓØ: To the 50-th Anniversary of launch of the first in the World artificial satellite of the Earth

In this issue of the International scientific Journal (¿ 1 (23), Ô.12, 2007) the works connected to various problems of dynamics of the artificial satellites of the Earth and to general satellite subjects, including space systems of navigation and orientation, communication and telecommunication on the basis of the artificial satellites of the Earth, are presented.

The first artificial satellite of the Earth ("SPUTNIK") launched by the Soviet Union in 1957, has marked the beginning of a new, Space, Era in life on the Earth. The Era of Space exploration with the profound development in all directions of fundamental and applied astronautics has begun. Its Founder was a Great Russian Scientist Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky, whose 150-th Anniversary will be celebrated in 2007. It is the Era of huge space achievements of the Fundamental Science and Engineering on the whole and in the field of the artificial satellites of the Earth in particular, beginning from the first satellite of the Earth in 1957 and up to the artificial satellites of other celestial bodies; orbital satellite flying formations; the navigation satellites and satellites of communication, satellites of the early notification of launch of ballistic rockets; the satellites of electronic and photo reconnaissance and ocean monitoring; the satellites for remote sensing of the Earth, :

With the names of many great scientists in the fields of mathematics and mechanics, with Soviet scientific and scientific-design Schools recognized all over the World, the scientific theories and methods are connected, that constitute a background and fundamental base for first theoretical and applied researches in astronautics area, including the problems of dynamics of celestial bodies and artificial satellites, the engineering problems of space flights. Among them there are Academicians of the St.-Petersburg Academy of Sciences: a great scientist Leonhard Euler, whose 300-th Anniversary will be celebrated in this year; a brilliant scientist Alexander Mikhailovich Lyapunov, Founder-Creator of the theory of motion stability, whose 150-th Anniversary will be celebrated in this year; Academician of USSR Academy of Sciences, Great General Designer of Rocket-Space Engineering Systems, Sergey Pavlovich Korolyev, whose 100-th Anniversary was celebrated by progressive World in this year.

One part of works published in this issue of a Journal, is submitted by Professor M.Yu.Ovchinnikov, Co-Chairman of scientific Section of Academic Conferences on Astronautics - Korolev's Readings (Moscow, 2006). These are researches on classical traditional subjects carried out by the scientists (together with their colleagues) from RAS M.V.Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics. The other part consists of the scientific and scientific-information works based on researches, submitted at the International IFNA-ANS-AAAS Scientific Seminar on problems of modelling of the complex systems of multidisciplinary character (Kazan, 2006), at ESA International Scientific Symposium on problems of small satellites systems (Cagliari, Italy, 2006); at the International Astronautical Congress (Valensia, Spain, 2006); at the International Aerospace Congress (Moscow, 2006); at the International Congress (San Jose, California, USA, 2006).

Color information pages in this Journal issue are presenting Scientific-Educational Federal Project with great idea about creating in Russia (in Kazan - scientific, educational, cultural and industrial Center) the International Center of the Science, Education and the Internet of Technologies "GeoNa".
