Prospect of remote education system for
training specialists in the field of space activity Valery A.Menshikov,
Sergey R.Lysyj Present stage of evolution of rocket-and-space engineering is
characterized by increasing of intensification of integration in the field of
space development. Quantity of mutual space programs grows steadily, more and
more countries are involved in the area of space activity. In these conditions
growth of highly skilled specialists demand is quite explainable. From the
other side, world practice is evidence of complicated personnel situation in
rocket‑and‑space branch that is caused by absence of proper coming
in of young specialists and as consequence "ageing" of scientific and technical
personnel in rocket-and-space industry. In this connection creation of global
international system of propagation knowledge and education in the sphere of
space activity become extremely important and actual task. Work started in Space Systems Research Institute by A.A. Maksimov - Branch of Khrunichev
Research and The aim of creation of this system is widening of possibilities of
teaching people on different rocket-and-space professions, giving opportunity
to people who are far from educational centers to be taught. The paper will review: -
Main
tasks of being developed and created remote education system; -
Planned
technologies of remote education that are implied to be used; -
Technical,
methodical, and informational aspects of creation of the system; -
Structure
and functional tasks of technical elements of this system; -
Stages
of system creation. In 2005 the
first stage of such system has been implemented in Space Systems Research
Institute by A.A. Maksimov - Branch of Khrunichev Research and Taking into
account gained experience and prospects of development of remote education
system for training specialists in the field of space activity directions of
cooperation in this sphere are offered. |
