This issue of International scientific Journal "Actual problems of aviation and aerospace systems: processes, models, experiment" (No.1(28), v.14, 2009) is developing the anniversary themes, that were covered in the previous special issues. The latter were devoted to the 50th Anniversary of launching the first Earth artificial satellite by the Soviet Union. It was the beginning of Space Era for Earth people.

The High ideas, selfless devotion and inexhaustible enthusiasm provided the Soviet Union the possibility for such brilliant breakout in Science, in Technology, and in Ideology. The Anniversary dates of prominent Scientists and Designers of that time, who contributed to that remarkable breakout, their projects and creations are the subject of special scientific studies rather important for us now: 100th Anniversary of V.P.Barmin, M.S.Ryazanskiy, G.E.Lozino-Lozinskiy, S.M.Alexeev; 90th Anniversary of S.S.Kryukov; 75th Anniversary of Yu.A.Gagarin; the forthcoming 50th Anniversary of the Moon Program,:

The scientific researches and reviews on these events and associated problems, analytic-information articles, discussion ideas and prospects in the field of aviation and aerospace systems are presented in this issue of the journal, which is prepared with support of our Partners on journal - RAATs, AAAS, SRI SS, N.E.Bauman MSTU, MAI (STU), IHNST of RAS,: Our authors are the leading specialists, senior scientists, representatives of AS, DB, SRI, Universities, working in the field of theoretical and applied problems of aviation and astronautics.
