This material is the analytical report about 23-rd Scientific Conference on Astronautics (Moscow, January’99). In accordance with the topics of contributions the structure of Space Science, that was presented on Conference, may be defined as follows.

The researches, that are worked out in Russia, may be divided into three main groups: first group is one of the fundamental problems connected with the most actual and up-to-date problems of astronautics, including the creation of new flying machines; the gasdynamics of jet engines; the mechanics of motion control and space navigation; the questions of space development economics; the influence estimation of astronautics for evolution of human society.

Second group is the researches, that are dedicated to the history of space-rocket, Science and Technology. Third group is investigations, that are connected with analysis of the life and activity of the rocketspace scientific and engineering Assotiation. Besides the main purpose is research of creation of central figure, - Scientist as Founder of concrete trend in Astronautics.

The analysis of the investigation problems according to these three groups is presented here on thematic sections of Conference’99.
