Mathematical modelling process of electro-hydro cleaning air-cooled turbine blade’s of gasturbine engines after exploitation

There are many different processes cleaning air-cooled channels of turbine blades of gasturbine engines after exploitation. Method electro-hydro cleaning is one of many famous methods. This method contains electro-hydraulic effect. In production new cooling turbine blades electro-hydro cleaning method using very extensive. There are many difficult problems if we want to use electro-hydro cleaning method for turbine blades after exploitation.

First of this problem's is: mechanical description blade material after exploitation has very low level in comparison mechanical description new blades material. Second problem is in absence effective method's from operating electro-hydro cleaning process.

In this paper present the mathematical model elecro-hydro cleaning process air-cooled turbine blades after exploitation. This model consists two general factors. One factor is changing alteration mechanical description blade’s material after exploitation; second factor is operating process electro-hydro cleaning from changing electroconduction of working environment. In this process-working environment is water. Electroconduction for water, in this process, are making with electro dualizator.

Materials by this mathematical model are using in real process electro-hydro cleaning channels of air-cooled turbine blades, after exploitation.
