STATE OF CELLULAR MEMBRANES IN BRONCHOOBSTRUCTIVE SYNDROME IN CHILDREN

V.N. Oslopov, O.I. Pikuza, A.A. Korableva, Kh.M. Vakhitov, T.V. Klykova
Activity of Na+-Li+ countertransport is studied in children with obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma. The M. Conessa method (1980) was used to study the velocity of Na+-Li+ countertransport across the erythrocyte membrane (in mkmol Li/l cells/hour). The increase of average values of the velocity of Na+-Li+ countertransport is found in patients with atopic bronchial asthma in exacerbation period and in remission and in patients with obstructive bronchitis in acute period compared with indicÅs of healthy children. Quartile analysis made it possible to reveal that bronchial asthma and obstructive bronchitis often develop in persons with the velocity indices of Na+-Li+ countertransport corresponding to IV quartile. Distribution of patients over 3 years of age with bronhial astma and obstructive bronchitis in quartiles of the velocity of Na+-Li+ countertransport was similar making it possible to suggest the presence of general pathogenetic mechanisms in development of these diseases in children of this age group.

ESTIMATION OF EFFECT OF VARIOUS TREATMENT REGIMES ON CLINICAL, RADIOLOGICAL AND FUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS IN PATIENTS WITH INTRATHORACIC SARCOIDOSIS

A.A. Vizel, L.V. Islamova, N.B. Amirov, F.A. Mingaleev, O.G. Kataev, V.P. Potanin, M.E. Guryleva, G.R. Nasretdinova, F.M. Valitov
Dynamics of clinical, radiological and functional parameters is estimated in patients with sarcoidosis on various treatment. Treatment regimes included prednisolone, budesonide, methotrexat, pentoxiphilin, viamin E and observation without treatment. As a whole positive dynamics of basic studied indices was noted. The advantage of any treatment regimes was not established.

NONINVASIVE SCREENING OF ATHEROSCLEROTIC CALCINOSIS OF CORONARY ARTERIES BY SPIRAL COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY

A.Yu. Vasilyev, T.Yu. Aleksakhina
Possibilities of spiral computer tomography in the diagnosis of atherosclerotic calcinosis of coronary arteries are studied. It can be recommended for revealing the plausible risk factor of ischemic heart disease, differential diagnosis of pain and verification of ischemic heart disease as a preliminary stage before coronography in order to decrease unjustified directions on invasive studies in planning surgical treatment.

PRESENT AND FUTURE OF SURGERY OF PORTAL HYPERTENSION

A.Yu. Anisimov, R.I. Tuishev, O.V. Bulashova
Surgical Áspects which can be considered to be solved and aspects which will require subsequent development are given in the context of the present-day understanding of the problem of portal hypertension syndrome.

TONAROL IN THE TREATMENT OF PEPTIC ULCER OF THE STOMACH AND DUODENUM

R.V. Yunusov, S.Z. Gabitov, V.M. Chesnovsky, S.G. Glebysheva, V.S. Davydov, N.R. Gatina
The effect of tonarol on the clinical course of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum is studied. It is established that in patients with peptic ulcer of the stomach treated with tonarol, the ulcer was fully healed 3,8 days earlier than in patients treated with tonarol in combination with ranitidine. The average term of the ulcer healing in patients with peptic ulcer of duodenum treated with tonarol was 24,5+2,7 days. Side effects including organoleptic effects were not revealed. The drug had no effect on biochemical indices, blood and urine picture, arterial pressure level and consequently can be recommended for application in clinical practice as the effective antiulcerous drug with protective effect.

CELLULAR AND INFLAMMATORY MECHANISMS AND METHODS OF THEIR ESTIMATION IN ACTIVE AND PROGRESSIVE GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

O.N. Sigitova, E.A. Guryanova, A.G. Shcherbakova, G.M. Subaeva
Cellular and inflammatory lÁws of activity and progression of glomerulonephritis and possibilities of using tests of cytomembrane destabilization for their estimation are studied. In 177 patients with active glomerulonephritis the reliable relation of immune inflammation activity with cytomembrane destabilization and nephrosclerosis intensity is revealed. Mechanism of progression and activity of glomerulonephritis on cellular level involve induction of persisting or relapsing destabilization and/or destruction of nephrocytes. High informativity of tests of cytomembrane destabilization for estimation of activity and progression of glomerulonephritis is proved.

CLINICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC PECULIARITIES OF THE COURSE OF HEMORRHAGIC FEVER WITH RENAL SYNDROME IN UDMURT REPUBLIC

V.V. Trusov, D.S. Moseev, S.A. Lipatnikov, G.K. Kustarnikov
Peculiarities of the course and diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal sÕndrome in Udmurt Republic are studied by the analysis of 583 case records of patients treated from 1990 to 1999 in the urban dialysis center of the medicosanitary department of the "Izhmach" and other hospitals of Izhevsk. This disease on the territory of Udmurtiya is characterized by severity of the course and sometimes warrants dialysis. The analysis of toxic manifestations makes it possible to predict severity of the course of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in preoliguric: period and to determine treatment tactics including the use of replacing therapy.

POSSIBILITIES OF PREDICTION AND EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF CANDIDOSIS IN NEWBORNS

V.V. Sofronov, N.S. Ananyeva, E.V. Agafonova, N.A. Abramzon, E.V. Khaldeeva
Possibilities of early diagnosis and prediction of neonatal candidosis using immunosensor analysis are estimated. This highly sensitive method makes it possible to reveal circulating antigens and metabolites of fungi Candida in particular mannan antigen C.albicans.

PREDICTION OF RECOVERY OF MOTOR FUNCTIONS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE SôROëE

F.V. Takhavieva
Dynamics of recovery process during one year in patients after cerebral stroke is studied. The most informative parameters for prediction of remote results are revealed: age, state of motor and psychologic functions and vital activity aspects. The prediction table is developed making it possible even in acute period of the disease with greater probability to suppose the social and labour result in such patients.

CLINICAL IMPORTANCE OF BLOOD MICROVESICULATION IN SEVERE BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

S.N. Terekhova, I.A. Andrushko, I.V. Mironova
36 patients with severe bronchial asthma were examined in the attack period. In 75% of patients potentiation of microvesiculation estimated by the level of 5'-nucleotidase corresponding to severity of the attack was found. Potentiation of microvesiculation makes it possible to understand pathogenesis of hypercoagulaemia in this disease. The application of medical plasmapheresis in combined therapy of severe bronchial asthma is pathogenetically justified. It rapidly and effectively deals with hypercoagulation syndrome.

MICROELEMENTS OF BONE TISSUE IN PATIENTS WITH GENERALIZED PARADONTOSIS

L.R. Mukhametzhanova, I.M. Galiev
The role of changÅ contents of microelements (copper, zinc, strontium) in metabolism of bone tissue in patients with chronic generalized paradontosis is shown on the basis of atom-absorptional spectrophotometry of bone specimens of alveolar process. It is found that deficiency of zinc and copper, as well as strontium excess, slow down processes of bone generation and activate destructive processes in bone tissue.

PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ANBULATORY-POLICLINIC SERVICE

Sh.M. Vakhitov, M.V. Blokhina, F.V. Mubarakshin, R.S. Zalaldinov
The formed system of ambulatory-policlinic service to population is analyzed. The urgent necessity in producing deep functional and organizational transformations, in providing standardization of technological and organizational process in realization of various works on volume, time, formation and use of information flows is justified.

PHARMACOECONOMICAL ANALYSIS OF CHEMOTHERAPY OF PATIENTS WITH TUBERCULOSIS

D.Kh. Shakirova, R.S. Safiullin
Necessary treatment terms of patients with tuberculosis increased and respectively, the demand for antituberculosis drugs increased. With limited choice of effective antituberculosis drugs the role of each of them is great, so the creation of control methods for their application is especially important. The necessity of development of methodical approaches to pharmacoeconomic estimation of medicinal therapy of patients with tuberculosis. The pharmacoeconomic analysis of chemotherapy of patients with tuberculosis is performed. The data on preservation of high morbidity of tuberculosis in Tatarstan Republic are given.

PRACTICE OF PLACING NURSING STAFF IN MEDICOPROPHYLACTIC INSTITUTIONS

L.A. Karaseva
Activity of nursing staff services of Health service institutions is analyzed. Four models of official career, the most effective of which is the "staircase" model, are considered. The use of combination of some methods is suggested for effective planning of official career.
