G.A. Chervyakova
Results of the study of antiplatelet and reological effect of calcium channel blockers (isoptine) and b-adrenoblockers (athenolol) in patients with stable angina pectoris of the II-III functional class are presented. Choice of medication and the treatment control was carried out according to the results of the developed test-system "in vitro".

COMBINED THERAPY WITH METHOTREXATå AND PREDNISOLONE IN RHEUMATïID ARTHRITIS

O.V. Simonova, B.F. Nemtsov
The comparative analysis of clinical efficiency of the combined therapy with methotrexate and low doses of prednosolone and monotherapy with methotrexate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is carried out. It is established that the therapy with methotrexate in combination with prednisolone is more effective than the treatment with methotrexate alone and is effective in diminishing roentgenologic progression rates.

PULMONARY HYPERTENSION AND PATHOLOGY OF PULMONARY ARTERY

V.P. Nefedov, A.P. Tsibulkin
Three clinical cases of pathology of pulmonary artery accomÒÁnied by pulmonary hypertension are described. It is shown that the leading pathology changes in the pulmonary artery system are sclerotic and atherosclerotic lesions of the pulmonary artery wall, which are combined with incompetence of connective tissue.

ESTIMATION OF BIOLOGICAL AGEING RATE IN PATIENTS WITH THYROID DISEASES

A.F. Verbovoi
Biological ageing rates of patients with thyroid diseases are determined. It is established that metabolic disorders in hypothyrosis and thyrotoxicosis increase the biological ageing rate both in male and in female.

SUTURING OF THE ABDOMINAL WALL IN PROGRAMMED RELAPAROTOMY AND TREATMENT OF EVENTRATION IN PURULENT PERITONITIS

Yu.V. Kuchin, V.E. Kutukov, R.D. Mustafin, O.V. Gryashchenko
The experience of the suturing method of laparotomic wound using metal wires in programmed relaparotomy and eventration in 69 patients with general peritonitis is analyzed. The method is simple, reliable and has significant advantages comparing with the other well-known methods and can be recommended for wide use in urgent abdominal surgery.

CHOICE OF THE TREATMENT METHOD OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE OBTURATIONAL CHOLECYSTITIS

I.S. Malkov, A.U. Ziganshin, Z.I. Chagaeva, B.A. Ziganshin, L.A. Ryabets
The comparative analysis of surgical treatment of acute obturational cholecystitis is performed in 425 patients. The advantage of laparoscopic cholecystomy carried out at early terms of the disease is shown. The two-stage treatment method including decompression cholecystostomy and following laparoscopic cholecystectomy was used in the cases when the paracystic infiltrate was formed. The method of interstitial electrophoresis of antibiotic combined with magnetotherapy was developed to increase the efficiency of medicamental effect on the infiltrate gall bladder.

PUNCTURE TREATMENT OF PROSTATE CYSTS

V.S. Boshchenko, A.V. Gudkov, V.R. Latypov, T.B. Perova, N.M. Prosekina
The effeciency and tolerance of puncture treatment of prostate cysts are estimated and the indications to the given treatment method are developed. During sonographic examination prostate cysts are revealed in 65 patients (7,8%) out of 830 patients, being presented by various prostate symptoms in 15 patients. Puncture of prostate cysts is performed under sonographic control. Safety and high efficiency of the given treatment method are established, the indications to puncture treatment of proctate cysts are developed and suggested for disussion.

INSTABILITY OF GENOME IN PATIENTS WITH INFANTILE CEREBRAL PALSY

D.D. Gainetdinova, V.V. Semenov, M.F. Ismagilov, I.A. Pakhalina, E.V. Kolochkova
State of the genetic apparatus in patients with infantile cerebral palsy is studied. The high level of chromosomal aberrations and micronuclei is found in peripheric blood cells. Clastogenic effect was not correlated with age and sex and was reliably higher in a group of children with double hemiplegia. Aneugenic effect was similar in children with different forms of the disease and in different age groups. The authors connect the high intensity of clastogenesis and aneugenesis in patients with breaking of metabolic cycles of clastogenesis accompanied by the increased generation of endomutagens and weakening of antimutagenous protective system of genome.

NEUROSPECIFIC PROTEINS OF BRAIN IN PREDICTION OF PERINATAL LESIONS OF CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM IN NEWBORNS IN UNBEARING OF PREGNANCY

R.I. Gabidullina, G.R. Khairullina, N.Kh. Gabitova, V.P. Chekhonin
Content of neurospecific proteins of brain in fetus in unbearing of pregnancy and their role in development of neurologic complications in newborns are studied. The obtained data confirmed that the chronic intrauterine hypoxia is a link in the mechanism of development of cerebral lesions. The determination of the level of neurospecific proteins in umbilical blood serum in newborns is the highly sensitive diagnostic test and makes it possible to predict the degree of cerebral lesions in children.

TRAUMATIC CHRONIC SUBDURAL HEMATOMAS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS

A.V. Krotov, E.K. Valeev
The most informative methods in diagnosis of traumatic chronic subdural hematomas in elderly are computer and magnetoresonance tomography. Evacuation of the traumatic chronic subdural hematoma through two cutter holes with lavage of its cavity by the physiologic drain system in the temoral muscle is presently the adequate method of surgical treatment in elderly. This operative intervention is sparing in nature, it does not require additional expenses, results in fast recovery of somatic and neurologic status, does not give serious complications including inflammatory ones.

PSYCHOEMOTIONAL PECULIARITIES OF YOUNG GIRLS WITH CONSTITUTIONAL AND EXOGENOUS FORM OF OBESITY

M.Kh. Valiullina
The psychologic study of emotional components of relations of young girls with constitutional and exogenous form of obesity to important for them ideas using the Lyusher color choice test and the color relation test is carried out. Peculiarities of their psychoemotional state are determined.

PECULIARITIES OF THE CLINICAL PICTURE OF ACUTE BACILLAR DYSENTERY IN PATIENTS WITH FROM MENTAL DISORDERS

V.A. Ivanov, F.F. Gatin, G.M. Shirazdanova
Peculiarities of the clinical picture of bacillar dysentery in patients with mental diseases are studied. Shigellosis plays a significant role in the structure of acute intestinal infections in patients of the given category. In diagnosis of acute shigellosis the repeated inoculation and serologic investigation of stools are of first importance. Infectional and toxic syndromes are not informative, there is no fever, the picture of stool is not characteristic of shigellosis. The disease has lingering course and is characterised by relatively high rate of somatic complications.

METABOLISM OF CARBOHYDRATE CONTAINING BIOPOLYMERS OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE IN CHRONIC URTICARIA

E.S. Merts, E.G. Butolin, R.M. Zagrtdinova
It is shown that in patients with chronic urticaria there is a tendency to the increase of glucosamino-glicans, hyaluronic acid, sialic acids, sialidase activity in blood plasma. This reflects the change of connective tissue structures of the organism at the given disease. Changes in metabolism of carbohydrate-containing biopolymers of connective tissue can be used for early diagnosis of urticaria and prevention of its evolution into chronic form.

ROENTGENOANATOMY AND ROENTGENOPATHOMORPHOLOGY OF PARAVERTEBRAL MUSCLES OF HEALTHY PERSONS AND PATIENTS WITH VERTEBROGENIC LUMBALGIA

Z.Sh. Nuriev, M.K. Mikhailov, M.A. Podolskaya
The form, size and density parameters of paravertebral muscles are studied by CT on the level of L3 in 26 healthy persons (volunteers) and in 160 patients with vertebral lumbar syndrome. The obtained results revealed the difference in density parameters, size of paravertebral muscles and help to detect dystrophic changes in paravertebral muscles.

A.V. Istomin, N.I. Danilova, S.S. Chizhov, O.A. Moseva, E.N. Krynchkova
Hygienic investigations of actual feeding and immunobiochemical status of persons subjected to prolonged action of low doses of ionizing radiation are carried out. Disorders of lipid metabolism, deviations in functioning of the lipid peroxidation - antioxidant protection system such as hypercholes-terolemia, hypertrigliceridemia, changes in antioxidant enzymes and intensification of lipid peroxidation suggest the necessity of using alimentary factor as a preventive agent.

COMPARATIVE ESTIMATION OF COST OF ORTHODONTICAL TREATMENT IN MUNICIPAL CHILDREN DENTISTRY CLINICS DEPENDING ON THE ORTHODONTICAL CARE ORGANIZATION METHOD

A.V. Anokhina
The comparative estimation of cost of medical and preventive measures depending on the orthodontical care organization method to children is carried out. It is established that the number of visits of physician-orthodont during planned medical and preventive measures per year depends on manifestation of disorders. Based on percent relation and number of visits in each group of dispensary account the planned number of visits of dispensary patients in the first, second and third dispensarization year as well as in treatment by taking medical advice is determined, and the average number of conventional units of labour - intensiveness in each group of complexity is also determined. In equal conditions of reception in municipal pediatric dentistry clinics the cost of dispensary measures in children during the initial period is less than the treatment of persons with formed maxillodental anomalies by a factor of 2,3 and is 43,4% of the cost of reception by taking medical advice.
