V.S. Stroeva, O.F. Kalev
Indicators of echocardiography and level of nitrous oxide were studied in 234 men with arterial hypertension complicated by chronic cerebrovascular pathology. It was found that a high degree of endothelial dysfunction leads to a decline of myocardial function and brain perfusion which worsens the course of arterial hypertension and chronic cerebrovascular pathology.

THE CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

P.A. Lebedev, A.H. Dausheva
Quantitative assessment of desquamated endothelium in the peripheral blood and parameters of computerized photo-pletismography of upper limb during tests with ischemia and inhalation of salbutamol in patients with varying severity of bronchial asthma revealed the development of endothelial dysfunction already at an early stage of the disease. Expression of vascular endothelial dysfunction was progressed in parallel to the severity of the disease and to the degree of remodeling both right and left parts of the heart in patients with bronchial asthma.

FUNCTIONAL STATUS OF VESSEL ENDOTHELIUM AND PLATELETS IN POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN WITH ESSENTIAL ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION TREATED BY THE COMBINATION OF ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID AND CLOPIDOGREL
