Yu.D. Slabnov, O.V. Firsov, A.A. Vizel, A.P. Tsybulkin
The use of xymedone in combined specific chemotherapy in disseminated forms of pulmonary tuberculosis results in more pronounced therapeutic effect than the use of pure base therapy. The immunomodulating effect can be one of the mechanisms of the drug action providing positive clinicoroentgenologic dynamics.

CLINICOPSYCHOLOGIC CORRELATIONS IN TEENAGERS BEING BORN WITH VARIOUS RATE OF PREMATURITY

S.V. Maltsev, S.Ya. Volgina, V.D. Mendelevich, Ò.À. Gaisina
The clinicopsychologic correlations in 69 children aged 14 to 15 years being born with various rate of prematurity are revealed. Kettell's test is used for estimation of personal peculiarities. The general mental and behaviour disorders prevail in prematurely being born children. The essential personal characteristics of teenagers being born premature are social shyness, straightforwardness, low level of uneasiness. The data obtained show the presence of phychosocial desadaption in observed children.

SOME INDICES OF BLOOD PLASMA LIPOIDS AND ERYTHROCYTIC MEMBRANES IN PATIENTS WITH STOMATOPHARYNX DIPHTHERIA

V.I. Kuznetsov, N.I. Mironova
The content of general lipids, general phospholipids and their spectrum: lysophosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylcholine, sphingomyeline, phosphatidy-lethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidy-lethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, polyphosphatidic acids is determined in blood plasma and erythrocytic membranes in adult patients with various forms of stomatopharynx diphtheria. The dataindicating the changes of lipids components of blood plasma and erythrocytic membranes depending on the disease course gravity and conformation of erythrocytic membranes depending on the disease course gravity and conformation of erythrocytic membranes structure are obtained.

HYPOTHESIS OF SCALENUS-VASONEURAL MECHANISM OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONESE - TURNER SYNDROME

Ya. Yu. Popelyansky
The hypothetic approaches to the explanation of pathogenetic variants of not rarely observed syndrome of painful hypotrophy of the arm muscles region are considered in the context of topographic and anatomic interrelations of brachial plexus structures, vessels and scalene muscles.

ON THE PROBLEM OF POSSIBILITIES OF X-RAY COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF ENDOPHITIC TUMORS OF THE STOMACH

The effect of gestosis pathogenetic therapy on oxygen metabolism of polymorphonuclear leukocytes of peripheric blood is studied. Enterosorbents, cell membranes stabilizer and eubiotics are used as therapeutic agents. The partial normalization of oxygen metabolism of leukocytes: the decrease of spontaneous chemoluminescence by 50-70% in the precence of treatment and induced chemoluminescence by 20-25% in comparison with initial level before treatment are shown. The direct correlation of this characteristic with clinical picture shows the possibility of its use as an objective laboratory criterion of the therapy efficacy.

SINUSES STRUCTURE OF LYMPHATIC NODES IN NORM AND IN METASTATIC SPREADING PROCESS OF CANCER

D.E. Tsyplakov, N.Sh. Shamsutdinov
The sinuses of regional lymphatic nodes obtained during operations of 50 oncologic patients are studied using ultrastructurial and morphometric methods. The investigations are performed in 3 groups under observation: 1) control (lymphatic nodes of practically healthy persons being lost from casual circumstances), 2) lymphatic nodes without metastases, 3) lymphatic nodes with metastases of various volume. It is established that the pronounced macrophagal and T-cellular reactions retard metastatic spreading in early stages of tumoral growth (I, II stade of cancer more rarely). The intensity of these reactions decreases noticeably providing holding in sinuses of malignant cells and generalization of tumoral process.
