DEVELOPMENT, PROPERTIES AND CLINICAL USE OF FUNGOUS ALLERGENS

N.I. Glushko, V.M. Lukashkov, E.N. Shakhbazova, A.M. Gumerova, V.I. Shaikhrazieva
The diagnostic allergens from yeast-like and mold fungi of 18 names are developed and studied. The drugs are polysaccharide - protein complexes, they do not contain toxic components and conservants. They are used for the diagnosis of sensibilization in vivo and in vitro as well as for immunotherapy.

ROLE OF MOLD FUNGI IN PATHOGENESIS OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

V.V. Khramov, R.Kh. Burnasheva, R.S. Fassakhov
The effect of fungous pollution of environment on the structure and course of bronchial asthma with sensibilization to spores and mold is studied. It is established that allergy to mold fungi can be considered as proved in agreement of anamnesis data, positive skin tests and positive provocative tests with fungous allergens. Appropriate purpose of specific immunotherapy allows to improve the results of treatment of patients with fungous bronchial asthma.

INCIDENCE OF BRONCHOOBSTRUCTIVE SYNDROME IN PATIENTS SEEKING PĶTHISIOPULMONOLOGIST

A.A. Vizel, M.F. Yaushev, I.N. Khalfiev
On the basis of examination of 5020 patients during 1991-1997 it is concluded that each third patient had bronchobstructive syndrome. If in disseminated and fibrocavernous tuberculosis the aggravation of bronchi permeability was found in each second patient, so in chronic obstructive bronchitis - in all patients. At the same time in sarcoidosis, in idiopathic fibrosing alveolitis this syndrome was rarely found. The analysis of 155 cases of the use of atrovent as an acute test with broncholithic showed the high efficiency of this cholinoblockator in significant obstruction and minimal effect in patients without ventilational insufficiency.

USE OF FLUTIKAZONE PROPĪNATE IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH GRAVE FORMS OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

R.S. Fassakhov, E.V. Salieva
The high efficiency of inhalation of one ofglucocorticosteroid hormones - flutikazone proponate is shown. The drug in the form of the dosed aerosol inhalator was successfully used in 24 patients with medium grave and grave course of the disease considering it as an alternative to the systemic use of glucocorticosteroids.

PECULIARITIES OF THE CLINICAL COURSE BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN CHILDREN

V.N. Tsibulkina, G.M. Zainetdinova, G.A. Shamsutdinova, A.N. Salikhova
It is established that in most of patients the course of atopic bronchial asthma occurs as clinical attacks of expiratory asphyxia repeated both by day and at night. In children aged 1 to 6 the course of this disease is principally slight, medium and grave. In elder age group (7 - 15 years) the share ef graver forms of bronchial asthma increases. The disease is determined by increased sensitivity to domestic allergens. Atypical forms are found only in young age group and obviously are not connected with hypersensitivity. The specific immunotherapy is an effective treatment method of the classical atopic bronchial asthma in children aged 7 to 15.

USE OF XIMEDONE IN PATIENTS WITH POLLINOSIS

A.P. Tsibulkin, M.I. Khasanova, V.N. Tsibulkina
The efficiency of the home-made drug - ximedone in the treatment of patients with pollinosis used preseasonally and early in aggravation is studied. Its more pronounced preventive action in comparison with other variants of preseasonal treatment is established. It is effective in the period of pollinosis aggravation.

EFFECT OF XIMEDONE ON THE STATE OF HUMORAL ANTIBACTERIAL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS WITH ANGINA

O.D. Zinkevich, I.E. Kravchenko, V.Kh. Fazylov, N.A. Safina, O.A. Platonova, R.A. Urazaev
The concentration of antibodies to antigens Streptococcus pyogenes, liposaccharide E of the salt 0 14, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Streptococcus pneumoniae as well as to endotoxin (glycolipid RE 595 S. Minnesota) of Gram - negative flora in patients with angina in the treatment dynamics is determined by the hardphase immunofermental analysis method. The data obtained show the low concentration of antibodies to staphylococcus, endotoxin of Gram - negative flora, Candida and the high concentration - to Pseudomonas aeryginosa for the whole time of observation. The changes revealed show the dysbalance in specific humoral immunity in patients with angina. The new drug - ximedone normalizes the state of humoral antibacterial immunity in patients with angina.

ACUTE DRUG ALLERGY IN LARGE INDUSTRIAL CITY

I.D. Reshetnikova, G.S. Voitsekhovich, V.V. Khramov, L.V. Makarova, R.S. Fassakhov
The causes of drug allergy development are considered. The case records of patients entering the allergologic department of the city hospital ¹ 7 for 5 years are analyzed. The tendency to more frequent anaphylactic shock cases as the gravest variety of drug allergy is noted. The necessity of anaphylactic shock prevention measures is stressed in which the most important ones are the detailed collection of allergologic anamnesis, the account of possible crossed reactions between drugs.

FORMATION OF HUMORAL IMMUNE RESPONSE IN ATOPIC DERMATITIS IN CHILDREN

E.V. Agafonova, T.G. Malanicheva, B.A. Shamov
The examination results of the humoral immune response in children with allergodermatosis and in healthy children of various age groups are presented. The following immune diagnosis methods are used: the determination of the basic class immunoglobulins content, complement activity and general Ig E level. The markers for the immune status estimation and atopic type response prediction taking into account the immune system ontogenesis are proposed.

FACTORS OF ECZEMA CHRONIZATION IN ELDER CHILDREN

A.G. Shamova, B.A. Shamov, T.G. Malanicheva
As many as 3000 children aged 12 to 18 living in the places with the established difference of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of atmospheric pollution are examined by the entire method. The incidence, age and sex structure of eczema depending on the degree of atmospheric pollution as well as the contribution of factors providing the chronic course of eczema are determined. Hereditary and constitutional peculiarities and digestion organs pathology have a significant effect. Nearly 20% of the contribution of factors are connected with prolonged unfavourable effect of enviropment - living conditions and atmospheric pollutants.

RIBOXIN IN COMPLEX THERAPY IN CHILDREN WITH ALLERGODERMATOSES

T.G. Malanicheva, A.G. Shamova, B.A. Shamov
The use of riboxin in atīpic dermatosis and urticaria allows to increase significantly the efficiency of the treatment: to decrease the acute period and hospitalization time of children as well as to increase the remission time. The use of riboxin is recommended in the treatment and rehabilitation of children with acute and chronic forms of allergodermatoses.

MICROVESICULATION IN IMMUNOCONFLICT PREGNANCY AND HEMOLYTIC DISEASE OF NEWBORNS

A.F. Subkhankulova, D.M. Zubairov, F.B. Subkhankulova, B.G. Sadykov
The microvesiculation process of cell membranes increases in blood of women during pregnancy development. In women with Rh-conflict pregnancy the course of the microvesiculation process is more intensive than in physiologic pregnancy. In intratubal affection of the fetus by hemolytic disease (the congenital icteric form) the microvesiculation process increases sharply in blood serum parallel to the increase of unconjugated bilirubin level. The determination of 5'-nucleotidase activity in hemolytic disease of newborns can be used as an additional diagnosis method of microvesiculation in this pathologic state.

IMMUNITY INDICES IN PATIENTS WITH LATE LOCALIZED FORMS OF POSTNATAL INFECTION

V.S. Gorin, N.N. Semenkov, N.N. Yasinskaya, L.V. Renge, S.G. Zhabin
The state of cellular and humoral components of the immune system, phagocytic activity of peripheric blood neutrophiles in 76 puerperas in late postnatal period is studied. The changes in the immune system response depending on the delivery method, the presence of postnatal complication as endometritis are revealed in puerperas with the complicated course of postnatal period. The pronounced changes in immune status confirming the developed second immunodeficiency accompanied by the gravest course of postnatal endometritis are revealed in puerperas with the complicated course of postoperative period.

ABOUT THE ROLE OF ANTIBODIES FORMATION IN THE DECREASE OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF CAPTOPRIL IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

V.P. Tikhonov, O.V. Ilyukhin, A.T. Yakovlev, M.E. Statsenko, D.A. Kirakozov, A.S. Popova
Captopril being hapten is connected with blood serum albumin and is capable to induce antibodies elaboration. Captopril conjugate with bull serum albumin can be used as a specific diagnosticum for the hardphase immunofermental analysis. Specific immunoglobulins are one of the factors of the "escaping" effect development of the captopril hypotensive action.

QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE CUANYES OF LIPIDS IN EXPERIMENTAL PERITONITIS

V.A. Trofimov, A.P. Vlasov, M.M. Minnebaev
The considerable increase of the free fatty acids part, phospholipid lysophorms and the decrease of the main membrane lipids level are found in tissue lipids spectrum in peritonitis. The changes in organ lipids composition in many cases are correlated with those in blood plasma. Hence, the complex estimation of blood lipids is an adequate method of determining the biochemical lipid disorders intensity on the organ level.
