PROPOSAL

to all those who are in a position to contribute money for completion of Project of the Centre for Children with Leukemia in Tatarstan (Russia)

Leukemia (Leukosis) is a serious disease of blood-forming organs. Thirty years ago nearly all of those affected or exposed to radiation, died. Now, medicine is able to help 80% patients to recover. Unfortunately, specialized medical centres all over the world are extremely limited in number. Today, there is disastrous lack of them. Children are especially disadvantaged. They are helpless. We will attempt to help those children in Russia and in Asia.

Kazan branch of the International Public Foundation for Social Support, Labour Protection and Health is committed to make use of your donations for completion the activities aiming at receiving humanitarian grant (about $US 200 million) assigned by the world community for construction of the Centre for Children with Leukemia. Your money will be utilized as follows:

1. 80% of your money remitted is intended for financing activities and actions of the Foundation headed by Shamil Yakupov, D.Sc. (medical cybernetics). Money is needed for completion of preliminary work of realizing the Project of Centre for Children with Leukemia.

2. 10% of money is intended for information, engineering, material and technical supplies.

3. 10% of the money remitted is intended for overhead expenses of the Kazan branch of the International Public Foundation for Social Support, Labour Protection and Health.

Correctness and validity of expense of your donations is guaranteed by legislation of the Russian Federation, public supervision on the part of the Foundation, of the American Foundation "Health on Earth", Henry George International Foundation and others.

Forms of expression of Gratitude:

All the contributors to the Kazan branch of the International Public Foundation for Social Support, Labour Protection and Health will be entered into the Book of Honour of the future Centre for Children with Leukemia. The biggest contributors shall be awarded a special Memorial Medal and an honorary diploma.
