1. We have got support in principle from the world community (those are public figures, big businessmen from the USA, Europe, Great Britain, some leaders of the Arab East); they are ready for assignment, on a gratuitous basis, of about $US 200 million for the construction of the Centre for Children with Leukemia
in the Republic of Tatarstan.
- 2. The architectural and constructional concept of the Centre for Children with Leukemia
has been designed together with Sefrex Associates, a private English company.
- 3. Preliminary agreements have been obtained with:
federal authorities;
authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, who took the supervision of the Project upon themselves;
local authorities, where construction of the Centre for Children
with Leukemia is intended to be built;
architects-designers of the Project from Great Britain;
persons who have undertaken obligations for the construction financing;
other persons, public figures and organizations, supporting the Project.
- 4. More than 5 years of Dr.Yakupov's life have been dedicated to his mission.
- 5. Owing to Dr.Yakupov’s initiative, prominent surgeons from the USA have performed operations gratis on 23 children from various towns and villages of Tatarstan.
