The Journal may be disseminated electronically to anybody who asks for
it, provided that the disseminated version is strictly identical to
the original version as provided by the Exective Editor, only complete
papers may be disseminated (any number of these), no fee may be
requested. Printing of any part of the contents of the Journal for
commercial purpose is not allowed without previous written agreement
of the Executive Editor. 
This Authors Agreement must be signed bu ALL authors of article.


                AUTHORS AGREEMENT


This Agreement, effective ____________, is by and between the
"Magnetic Resonance in Solids. Electronic Journal" ("Journal")

and __________________("Author(s)").

In consideration of the following mutual undertakings, it is agreed:

Author(s) has (have)  created a work entitled ______________________
____________________________________________________________________
_______________________________________________________(the "Work")
and owns the copyright to the Work.

Author(s) hereby grant(s) to Journal a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable,
royalty-free license to publish the Work in the Journal, its
electronic archive, its paper archive, or any collection of the
Journal's works in any form whatsoever. Journal shall have the right
to include the Work as part of its collection available on
interlibrary loan.

Author(s) agree(s) that s/he shall not publish the Work in any other
journal, whether electronic or otherwise, in the same or substantially
the same form as the Work, without the written agreement of the Executive 
Editor of the Journal.

Author(s) warrant(s) that s/he has the full power and authority to enter
into this Agreement and to grant the rights granted in this Agreement.
