The Journal may be disseminated electronically to anybody who asks for it, provided that the disseminated version is strictly identical to the original version as provided by the Executive Editor, only complete papers may be disseminated (any number of these), no fee may be requested. Printing of any part of the contents of the Journal for commercial purpose is not allowed without previous written agreement of the Executive Editor.
