2. To delete your e-mail address from MRSej mailing list you should send e-mail message to
   majordomo@ksu.ru with other line in a message body
   unsubscribe mrsej Your.e-mail@address.is.here
3. To change your e-mail address in MRSej mailing list you should repeat step 2 and step 1 of this instruction:
   - cancellation procedure of your subscription, using in the message your old e-mail address;
   - subscription procedure with your new e-mail address.
