PRODUCTION OF FUR ARTICLES
The project envisages construction of raw-material processing/dying workshop of "MELITA", AO, since the present condition of this production does not make it possible to increase the production of high-quality semi-finished product.
At present, construction of the workshop is in process, engineering communications have been laid; the enterprise avails sewage facilities, over a half of general purpose and auxiliary equipment.
Establishing of an up-to-date raw-material processing/dying production will provide the increase of production of competitive fur (sheepskin) articles (coats of sheepskin and velours, headgear, collars, etc,)
The scope of investments required for completing construction/assembly works and purchasing process equipment makes up USD 9.7 mln. The form of investments: credit, joint venture, compensation agreement.

PRODUCTION OF FUR ARTICLES
The goal of the project is to upgrade the enterprise on production of fur
articles and to start production of internationally competitive products (coats of sheepskin - in the volume of 4500 pcs. per year, articles with fur lining and covered with
fabric - 2000 pcs. per year, articles of tanned sheepskin - 2000 pcs. per year, headgear).
The enterprise has production facilities, local equipment for the indicated programme and highly qualified specialists and labour force.
To purchase highly efficient up-to-date equipment the enterprise needs a credit for USD 1 mln.

AO "TYSLYM" (Factory for non-woven materials)
LINOLEUM PRODUCTION
The goal of the project is to start the production linoleum on warm base by limination technique which has no analogues in Russia (volume of production makes up 3 mln. sq. m. with further increase up to 6 mln. sq. m.).
Available are production facilities and personnel.
Investment needed: USD 2.4 mln. in the form of credit; recoupment period - 3 years.

PRODUCTION OF TEXTILE MATERIALS
FOR CAR SALON DECORATION
The goal of the project is to supply the Russian automotive industry and
other export-oriented sectors of the economy with high-quality products (cloth for upholstery of car seats in the volume of 2.4 mln. sq. m., cloth for car salon decoration in
the volume of 4.32 mln. sq. m.). These textile products are competitive on the external markets.
The scope of investments required makes up USD 17.47 mln., the form of investments: credit, joint venture.

AO "KIEMNER"
MODERNISATION OF THE ENTERPRISE
The goal of the project is to modernise all the stages of sewing production which will make it possible to start the production of competitive goods (coats: for adults and children, trousers, skirts, jackets, dresses, etc).
The enterprise avails necessary knowledge, communications and transport.
The scope of investments required makes up USD 720,000. The form of co-operation: leasing, credit, joint venture.

AO "DIONA"
MODERNISATION AND EXPANSION OF PRODUCTION
The goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the products through modernisation of the production. It is planned to introduce the system of automated design and cut, and program control equipment.
Volume of production: dresses/costumes (school uniform) - 35,000 pcs. per year, knitted garments - 20,000 pcs., silk dresses - 13,000 pcs., shirts.
Scope of investments required for:
- purchase of raw materials and accessories - USD 1.1 mln;
- purchase of equipment needed for technical modernisation - USD 893,800.
Recoupment term makes up 5 years.
